This is the most important step in the whole process. This first step is where we begin to build a relationship with each client and define the project to discover the vision for your piece.
Establish Budget Guidelines
The search for all the right components to fulfill the vision begins here. This includes the hunt for the perfect stones. In general, we find a few options which will be clearly defined and quoted.
After the choice of stones has been decided we will require an upfront design fee and then the design begins. You will be provided with a full color render of the piece discussed for your approval.
After being provided the render, the design will need to be approved before moving forward. At this step we will make any alterations or changes to the existing design at no charge. A deposit for production will be required once the design is approved.
Once the design is finalized your special piece will begin to become a reality. The mounting will be created, stones will be set with precision and all final details will be added. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Any balance due will be required upon delivery.
